This perfectly furnished and very comfortable apartment includes a living/dining room, a fully equipped separate kitchen (oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, extractor hood), a bedroom (double bed) with en-suite shower room, a separate WC, a terrace, and a private parking space.

Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request to the agency).
The rental must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available).

Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they feel is not up to standard, or anything our staff may have missed. If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the event of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.
