Apartment Cambo-les-Bains, 1 bedroom, 2 persons - FR-1-495-56

CAMBO, C286: Charming, bright, and comfortable one-bedroom apartment (T2 bis) on the first floor of a small, quiet building. It comprises a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a spacious living/dining room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a south-facing furnished terrace. A twin bedroom is available as an option at an additional cost – please contact the agency for pricing.

Internet access is provided. Small pets are welcome.
Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request from the agency).
The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available).
An inventory of fixtures is taken upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report any issues they feel are not up to standard or anything our staff may have overlooked. If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the event of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning (T2 apartment): €55.

- Bed linen (double bed): €20.

- Towels/person/week: €8.
