CAMBO LES BAINS, C151: Located on the village heights, this main room features a lounge area with a sofa bed, under-stair storage, a TV, and Wi-Fi internet access. The kitchen area includes a high table with chairs, an induction hob, an extractor hood, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, cookware, and crockery. Upstairs, there is a sleeping area with a 140 x 190 cm mattress, storage, and a skylight. A private garden and garden furniture are provided. Parking is available in the shared courtyard. INTERNET ACCESS. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. NO HYBRID OR ELECTRIC VEHICLE PLUG-IN (plugging in to electricity is prohibited inside the house). SMOKING IS PERMITTED OUTDOORS ONLY. Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request to the agency). The rental must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available). An inventory is taken upon each departure. Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they feel is not up to standard, or anything our staff may have overlooked. If departing on a Sunday, public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. In this last case, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually left.
