The apartment opens onto a hallway leading to a spacious main room comprising a living area and a kitchen. The living area includes two sofa beds (not convertible), a TV, storage, a table and chairs, and a decorative fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a conventional oven, a microwave, an induction hob, a dishwasher, a countertop, and four bar stools. Both bedrooms have a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a vanity unit. There is a separate WC and a separate utility room with a washing machine.

The accommodation is located just 200 meters from the Cambo-les-Bains thermal baths.

If tenants vacate the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be conducted by the agency the day before their departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a pre-move-out inspection, the security deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:
