Holiday villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 24 people with twelve bedrooms, four bathrooms and two toilets.

INTERIOR: This magnificent villa has four apartments of around 80 m2 each, distributed over two floors, with their own entrance. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchen featuring a ceramic hob and dishwasher. Three bedrooms, two with twin beds and one with a double bed. One bathroom with shower, only two apartments have a guest toilet. Each apartment has air conditioning in the living-dining room and hallway.

EXTERIOR: Terrace area with a rectangular pool measuring 12x5 with Roman stairs, surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool has a maximum depth of 1.80 m and a minimum depth of 80 cm. Outdoor shower. From the pool area, there is a ramp for people with mobility issues. The villa has a spacious flat area with several pergolas for shade, a brick barbecue for outdoor meals, a petanque court and a ping-pong table. Parking within the same plot for 8-9 vehicles.

LOCATION: Just 1.2 km walking distance from Calpe's widest sandy beach (Arenal-Bol), seafront promenade, restaurants and all services. Calpe town is approximately 1.5 km away.

OBSERVATION: Free WiFi. Animals weighing less than 12 kg are allowed with a supplement.
