INTERIOR
The main floor features a cosy living room equipped with satellite/DTT TV and air conditioning, ideal for relaxing at any time of the year. It also includes an elegant separate dining room, likewise air-conditioned, with direct access to a terrace from which pleasant views of the private swimming pool and the impressive Peñón de Ifach can be enjoyed.
The kitchen is open-plan and fully equipped with a ceramic hob and dishwasher for greater comfort during the stay. Two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each, while the master bedroom offers a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower tray, and air conditioning. The layout is completed by a second independent bathroom, also fitted with a shower tray.
Air conditioning is available only in the living room, the dining room, and the master bedroom.

The villa offers a spacious garden terrace surrounding the magnificent 8x4 m private swimming pool, which is equipped with comfortable Roman steps and an outdoor shower. There is also a built-in barbecue, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals in a peaceful setting.
Within the same plot there is outdoor parking space with capacity for two vehicles.
