Two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each, while the master bedroom offers a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower tray, and air conditioning. The layout is completed by a second independent bathroom, also fitted with a shower tray.

Air conditioning is available only in the living room, the dining room, and the master bedroom.

The villa offers a spacious garden terrace surrounding the magnificent 8x4 m private swimming pool, which is equipped with comfortable Roman steps and an outdoor shower. There is also a built-in barbecue, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals in a peaceful setting.
Within the same plot there is outdoor parking space with capacity for two vehicles.

Located in the quiet residential area of Ortenbach, the villa lies at a distance of 1.6 km from the sandy beach and several restaurants, while the nearest supermarket is only 220 m away, allowing easy access to all essential services during the stay.
