Apartment on the first floor without a lift. Terrace where you can enjoy breakfasts or meals in the sun. Living room with TV and direct access to the terrace.

Cook with all utensils, including cutlery, pans, the refrigerator, the oven and the microwave.

The main bedroom has a double bed (135x190cm) and the second bedroom has 2 single beds (90x190cm).
For optimal comfort, the accommodation is equipped with a ceiling fan in each bedroom, and an awning on the terrace.

The rooms are each equipped with an electric radiator.

A bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

It is part of a beautiful outdoor community area with a large swimming pool and a large garden. Ideal for families with children.

Outdoor parking for a car included in the price.

Animals not permitted.

No bookings are accepted for young people under 35 years old.
