The apartment is located on the first floor and offers an impressive balcony with sea views to enjoy the views and a pleasant drink outdoors. The living room and kitchen, well-furnished and spacious, have large patio doors (full-size) that provide stunning views and access to the balcony. There are 2 bedrooms in total, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower and 1 with 2 single beds, as well as 1 modern bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is available and included in the rental price at fixed hours (2pm-4pm, 8pm-8am). Due to its unique location and elegant details, this property is a true gem that cannot be missed!

Important information to keep in mind:

In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.

The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
