Casa previsio is located in the beautiful coastal town of Cala Pi, with many beautiful restaurants, in the south-east. You can reach the swimming bay on foot in 4 minutes. The house is modern and stylishly decorated. On the roof terrace overlooking the sea, there is a hot tub for relaxation. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, including two bathrooms ensuite, a lot of comfort is provided. A car is recommended, because the shopping facilities in the village are limited to a local expensive supermarket. Holiday house Casa Previsio can accommodate 4 people plus children on request. The beautiful house is only 4 minutes walk from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the island. Enjoy views of the sea from the large rooftop terrace, equipped with a hot tub, and enjoy spectacular sunsets. The roof terrace also offers 6 sun loungers, an outdoor shower, as well as lounge furniture and an awning.Your vacation home offers all the comforts on approx. 160 m². On the first floor there is a very bright living-dining area, which is adjoined by an open kitchen. The living area is tastefully decorated and has a smart TV with which you can not only watch different programs but also do not miss a episode of your Netflix series. In the open kitchen, everything has been thought of to spend a relaxing vacation. In addition to an American fridge with ice cube dispenser, you will find a dishwasher and an oven. But the small amenities have also been thought of. Prepare a fresh orange juice with the juicer or enjoy the first rays of sunshine on the roof terrace with a cappuccino from the fully automatic coffee maker. There's even an egg [hidden] front of the kitchen and living area there is a large terrace equipped with table and chairs. There is also an outdoor kitchen with gas grill. You have direct access to the kitchen from the terrace. In 10 to 15 minutes by car, you will be in Llucmajor, where you can buy everything your heart desires. There is also a nice market here on Saturday. Not far away is the natural beach Es Trenc. From the airport you can reach Cala Pi in 20 minutes. You can reach Palma in about 25 minutes along the impressive steep coastal road of Mallorca.
