The lovingly maintained house is located idyllically in the middle of Cala Figuera, in a quiet cul-de-sac – a place where relaxation and privacy are guaranteed. The fully enclosed plot provides security and ensures that you can enjoy your stay undisturbed.

Casa La Palmera has two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a bathroom. In each bedroom, a modern air conditioning system ensures pleasant temperatures, thus guaranteeing restful sleep at any time of the year.

Around the house, several terraces invite you to linger. One of them is covered and provides direct access to the kitchen – ideal for cosy meals outdoors. Right next to it is a brick grill that invites you to cook and enjoy together in the garden.

In the adjacent utility room, a washing machine and an additional shower are available to you. For the transitional period, four mobile heaters provide cosy warmth.

Radio, DVD player, satellite TV and Wi-Fi round off the comfort and make Casa La Palmera the perfect retreat for families, couples or friends who appreciate the tranquillity, comfort and special atmosphere of Mallorca.
The picturesque fishing harbour of Cala Figuera and the restaurants along the harbour promenade invite you to linger. There are also two small supermarkets. You can reach the beach of Cala Santanyí by car in 5 minutes or on foot in about 20 minutes. Santanyí is located about 4.5 km away, a traditional Mallorcan small town with restaurants, shops and a historic centre, where a very popular market takes place twice a week.
