Fantastic 83m2 roof penthouse with 30 m2 terrace with jacuzzi (hot tub). Atico Paraguay has stunning views from the sunny terrace that overlook the city with view on the Cathedral and Tore Tavira. The location on La Caleta is just a one minute walk to the beach (playa de la Caleta), restaurants and shops. Everything is close by.

This penthouse is a jewel in the middle of Cadiz. Meets: comfort, tranquility, mixed with the most cosmopolitan and central part of the city. Light, open spaces and comfort.

There is an elevator which takes you up to the top floor of the building. The penthouse has one double bedroom with a king size bed and another bedroom with two single beds. There are towels, a hairdryer, soap, shampoo and conditioner all available.
