We offer for tourist rent a two-bedroom apartment in the popular complex "La Recoleta" in Punta Prima. The apartment of 95 m2 consists of a living room, two bedrooms, an American-style kitchen, two bathrooms (with a bath and a shower) and a terrace. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay and rest: furniture, household appliances (including a dishwasher and a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. There is summer furniture on the terrace. Central air conditioning. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. There are several swimming pools and a large green area with walking paths on the territory. The area has a well-developed infrastructure. The nearest restaurant is 150 meters away. There are two supermarkets within a radius of 900 meters. The sea and the beach are about 400 meters away. Accommodation option - up to 4 people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the terrace! Violation of the rules will result in a fine of 200 euros!
Check-in to the property from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out from 09:00 to 11:00. An additional fee of 20 euros is charged for check-in or check-out outside of company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and holidays. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. A deposit of 200 euros is paid upon check-in.
