A large, bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room opens onto the terrace. Three beautiful, colorful bedrooms each with two double beds and two single beds (one with an additional trundle bed). A bathroom with a walk-in shower. A separate toilet. A travel cot and high chair are available upon request. A garage and laundry room are located in the basement (low ceiling height). Access to the cottage is via an external staircase. Enclosed parking is available in the courtyard and in front of the house. A terrace and large, enclosed garden (fence > 1.50 m) are sloping and measure 1,000 m². A swing set for adults is available.
Oil heating, electricity, bed linen, and cleaning are included in the rates. Nearby: the Château de Bussy-Rabutin and its French-style garden, the Gorsline Museum, an American painter's work, the Alésia Museum of Natural History, the medieval towns of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, famous for its aniseed, and Semur-en-Auxois, Fontenay Abbey, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and numerous picturesque villages. Leisure activities include the Nid à la Caille lake with supervised swimming and children's playground. Pont Lake with a beach. Auxois Wildlife and Leisure Park.
