Ground floor: kitchen with a range cooker opening onto the 40 m² living room, with a dining area, lounge, and large wood-burning stove. A bedroom with a queen-size bed is accessible to people with reduced mobility, with a large private bathroom, walk-in shower, and toilet. The entire ground floor is accessible with the provision of removable ramps and a separate entrance to the bedroom. A separate toilet is located in the entrance hall. Upstairs: a double bedroom with a queen-size bed, bathtub, and toilet, a double bedroom with a shower and toilet, and two bedrooms for four people, each with a shower and toilet, a queen-size bed, and two single beds on the mezzanine. A relaxation area and games console are located on the landing. Private parking. Enclosed courtyard and garden of 750 m².
