In Berry, in a village not far from Châteauroux, Issoudun, and the George Sand region, this haven of peace is situated in a tranquil setting, perfect for a charming and relaxing stay.

The garden is ideal for enjoying summer days, and the living room is perfect for cozying up by the fireplace on rainy days. The Sarray golf course is 3 km away, and the Déols shooting range is a 10-minute drive. On the ground floor, you'll find a kitchen, a shower room with toilet, a storage room, and two steps leading up to the living/dining room. There is one bedroom with a single bed (85 x 170 cm) and another bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm).

Upstairs, on a mezzanine overlooking the ground floor, there is a sleeping area with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and two single beds (90 x 190 cm).

Outside, there is private parking in front of the cottage, a private, unfenced garden with a terrace, an awning, a ping-pong table, and a garage for storing bicycles, for example.

Pets are welcome at a rate of €8 per pet per night.

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating, and electricity with reasonable consumption – if the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 15 kWh per day included (any excess will be charged to the hosts on site).
