It comprises a living room with a warm and authentic atmosphere, a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, separate oven with microwave function, toaster, induction hob, etc.), a mezzanine with a ceiling height of less than 1.80m (not suitable for children - access via a ladder) with a 160x200cm double bed, two bedrooms each with a 160x200cm double bed, a third bedroom with two bunk beds and two trundle beds (90x190cm), accommodating up to six people, a bathroom with toilet, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Low-pile carpeting is installed throughout, except in the bathrooms. Free public parking is available near the residence. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Pets are not allowed.
