Each cottage is equipped with a kitchen, a shower room, and a toilet. There are four bedrooms: one double bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and one twin bedroom with bunk beds on the ground floor, and one double bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and one twin bedroom upstairs. Outside, a private enclosed garden (45cm wall at the front) is at your disposal, furnished with garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, a barbecue, a terrace, a small garage for storing your bicycles, and parking for two vehicles/a trailer. Two standard bicycles and two electric bicycles are available for rent on-site from the owners (€20/day/bike), subject to availability. Included with every stay: bed linen and household linen (tea towels, placemats). Additional charges apply for: end-of-stay cleaning (€100) and heating/electricity (October to April). Dogs are only accepted (no cats). In the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Regional Natural Park, near the cycle path, and 25 minutes from the city of Troyes, come and stay in this gîte comprising two adjoining houses, perfect for families or groups of friends. Tourist attractions include water sports, swimming, Nigloland amusement park, the forest, the cycle path, and fishing on site. Electric car charging stations are 300m away, and a children's playground/fitness area is 450m away. A TV with access to Disney+ and Netflix is provided.
