On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a lounge and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a shower room with toilet. Upstairs, there is an air-conditioned double bedroom (160x200cm bed) and a twin bedroom (two 90x190cm beds). The exposed beams (160cm high) have been highlighted to evoke the charm of the original buildings. Outside, there is a private, enclosed garden of 400m² (45cm wall at the front) with garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, a barbecue, a terrace, a small garage for storing your bicycles, and parking space for two vehicles/a trailer. Two standard bicycles and two electric bicycles are available for rent on-site from the owners (€20/day/bike), subject to availability. Bed linen and household linen (tea towels, placemats) are provided free of charge for all stays. Extras: towels (€5 per person), end-of-stay cleaning (€40), and heating/electricity (October to April). Dogs only (no cats). In the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Regional Natural Park, near the cycle path, and 25 minutes from the city of Troyes, come and stay in this cozy little house, ideal for couples, families, or groups of friends. A second gîte, located a few meters away, can accommodate up to 9 people, with access to a shared garden via a gate. Tourist attractions: water sports, swimming, Nigloland amusement park. Forest, cycle path, and fishing on site. Electric car charging stations 300m away and a children's playground/fitness area 450m away. TV with access to Disney+ and Netflix.
