The ground floor comprises an entrance hall, living room (table, chairs, rattan armchairs and rattan sofa, coffee table, TV), kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer compartment, combined oven/microwave, induction hob), and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, a landing leads to two bedrooms and a bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet).
Bedroom 1: a double bed (140 cm) and a closet.
Bedroom 2: a trundle bed (2 x 90 cm) and a wardrobe.

The annex features a pantry with a washing machine.
