Description of the accommodation

Just 300m from Dunes beach and in the immediate vicinity of the cycle path, type 2 mezzanine house located in a holiday residence with heated collective swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September) and tennis courts .
It includes a main room with a dining area (table, chairs), rest area (sofa, TV) and kitchenette (2 induction hobs, mini oven, top refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave).
A bathroom (shower, vanity unit) with WC inside (but separated by a door).
A bedroom with a double bed (140) + storage.
Upstairs, a mezzanine opening onto the living room with 2 single beds (90) under ramps + storage.
A pleasant terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, awning and barbecue.
Shed with washing machine. Private parking.

Pets not allowed. Sheets and household linen not provided. Tourist tax not included.
Optional end-of-stay cleaning package AS AVAILABLE (+60€), to be reserved with the agency.
