Just 300 meters from the beautiful Dunes beach, in a small residential complex, this two-bedroom house with a mezzanine comprises a living/dining room (sofa, armchair, flat-screen TV + DVD player) and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (3 gas burners + 1 electric burner, multi-function microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer).

A hallway leads to a bedroom, a separate toilet, and a shower room (vanity unit + shower).

Bedroom 1 (ground floor): double bed (160cm) + wardrobe.

UPSTAIR: a mezzanine overlooking the living room with a sofa bed and a chest of drawers.

A second bedroom: two single beds (90cm) and one bunk bed (2 x 90cm).

The living area opens onto a lovely wooden terrace (garden furniture, parasol, and barbecue) with an outdoor shower.

A garage for storing bicycles. Private parking in front of the house.
