Located in the Marais Girard district, just 100 meters from the beach via a pedestrian path, this 36.5 m² house is the perfect base for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.
The house is a through-unit, with 3 rooms (2 bedrooms) and can accommodate up to 5 people.
On the ground floor, you enter a living room with a lounge area (sofa, storage unit, flat-screen TV) and a dining area (table, chairs).
(The pull-out sofa bed in the main room can be used as a single bed).
Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, mini-oven, and washing machine).
Upstairs, a landing leads to 2 bedrooms, a toilet, and a bathroom (bathtub, vanity unit, and towel warmer). Bedroom 1: One double bed (140cm) + wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: One double bed (140cm) + wardrobe and storage.
Outdoor spaces:
The living room opens onto a pleasant, enclosed, southeast-facing courtyard with garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue, sun loungers, and an awning—perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing after a day at the beach.
At the rear of the house, the kitchen opens onto a second enclosed courtyard—ideal for secure bicycle parking.
There is no private parking, but a large public car park is nearby.
You will appreciate:
