It comprises a living room of approximately 22 m² with a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher), a dining area (table, chairs), and a lounge area (two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, coffee table, flat-screen TV).

(The sofa bed in the main room can be used as a double bed for two people.)
A hallway leads to the bedroom, a separate WC, and the bathroom (sink, shower, and washing machine).

Bedroom: one double bed (140 cm) and a wardrobe.

The living room opens onto a loggia at the rear of the residence, which then leads to a terrace with garden furniture (table, chairs, awning, and rattan lounge set).
