Ideally located halfway between the seafront and the town center, in a quiet residential area, this charming 59m² single-story house has been completely renovated.

It comprises an entrance hall leading to the different parts of the house: a pleasant living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine) opening onto a dining area (table, chairs, sideboard) and a lounge (sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, large flat-screen TV).
