Explore the Vendée region during your stay in this holiday cottage, located 1 km from the beaches of La Parée and La Sauzaie, as well as the Vendée Miniature leisure park. You'll enjoy numerous services and activities nearby: a mini-market (300 m), the Vélodyssée cycle paths (500 m), a market on Thursdays and Sundays (2.5 km), and a sailing school (4.2 km, or a branch 1 km away in summer). You can also enjoy outdoor activities at the Grand Défi adventure park (15 km). This single-story house comprises a living/dining/kitchen area, four bedrooms (three with double beds and one with three single beds), two shower rooms, two toilets, and a laundry room. Outside, the enclosed grounds offer a terrace surrounding the heated swimming pool (8 x 4 m, open from May 15th to the end of September), with garden furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue, and a covered area that can be enclosed with a roller shutter.

Bed linen is provided.
Optional extras: End-of-stay cleaning: €150/stay; Towel rental: €8/person/stay.
