(The sofa bed in the main room can be used as a bed for two people.)
A hallway leads to a bedroom (double bed, wardrobe), a bathroom (bathtub, sink, storage), and a separate toilet.

The main room opens onto a paved patio with garden furniture and a parasol.

This holiday home is ideally located just 800 meters from the La Parée district, providing easy access to the beach, shops, and summer activities.

At the "Fermes Marines" residence, you'll enjoy a heated communal swimming pool, tennis courts, a pétanque court, a ping-pong table, a children's playground, as well as a mini-market (with a bread delivery service 450m from the house) and a restaurant.

All you have to do is settle in and fully enjoy your stay!
