(The sofa bed in the living room can be used as a bed for two people.)
A hallway leads to a bedroom (140cm bed and a wardrobe), a shower room with a washing machine (shower and sink), and a separate toilet.

The main room opens onto a tiled patio with garden furniture (table, chairs, barbecue, and parasol).

A private parking space is included.

This holiday home offers all the necessary comforts and an ideal location just 800 meters from the La Parée district, with its beach, shops, and summer activities.

At the "Fermes Marines" residence, you can enjoy a heated communal swimming pool, tennis courts, a pétanque court, a ping-pong table, a children's playground, a mini-market (with a bread delivery service 600m from the house), and a restaurant.
