Ideally located halfway between the village of Brem-sur-Mer (shops and weekly market) and the beautiful Dunes 2 beach, this semi-detached house with its own private garden is located within a small residence.
It comprises, on the ground floor: a kitchen/hallway (refrigerator with freezer compartment, mini-oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, extractor hood, microwave), a living/dining room (table, chairs, sideboard, sofa, armchairs, TV), a hallway with a closet, a shower room (with washing machine), a separate toilet, and a bedroom.
Bedroom 1: a double bed (140cm) + closet, bedside tables, and a chest of drawers.
Upstairs: a mezzanine (under the eaves opening onto the living room) with a trundle bed (2 x 90cm) and a second bedroom.
Bedroom 2: a double bed (140cm) + closet and a chest of drawers. The living room opens onto a southwest-facing terrace at the rear of the house with garden furniture, sun loungers, an awning, and a barbecue.
A private parking space is available at the front of the house.
Pets are not allowed. Sheets and linens are not provided. Tourist tax is not included.
Optional end-of-stay cleaning is available, subject to availability (+€85), and must be booked with the agency.
