Located in a small, quiet hamlet at an altitude of 600m, the gîte is on the ground floor of the owner's house with a separate entrance. The gîte is all on one level, with only two small steps at the entrance. It includes a fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker only, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, etc.), a living/dining room (satellite TV), two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190) and a bunk bed, the other with a double bed (140x190), and a bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine, and toilet. Underfloor central heating with a heat pump. There is a terrace area in the courtyard with direct access from the kitchen and living room, garden furniture, and an orchard opposite the gîte with a table, benches, and a barbecue. Two parking spaces are available in front of the house along the street and in the enclosed, secure courtyard in front of the terrace area. A garage is available for storing a motorcycle or bicycle only. Utilities and linens included.

This cottage is located in a mountain zone: snow tires or chains are mandatory for all vehicles from November 1st to March 31st. Please make the necessary arrangements.

- End-of-stay cleaning: €44.25 per stay
