Located less than 10 minutes from the banks of the Loire River, this cottage is ideal for 4 people.

Just 2 km from shops and close to the town of Saumur, this base is perfect for visiting troglodyte sites, the Cadre Noir equestrian center in Saumur, mushroom farms, and the picturesque villages of Turquant and Montsoreau, as well as Fontevraud Abbey. Also explore the Loire-Anjou-Touraine Regional Natural Park, the Loire Valley châteaux, and the vineyards of Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil.

It comprises a large, charming 40m² living room with exposed wooden beams, a tufa stone wall, parquet flooring, and an antique wooden door; a fully equipped kitchen; a dining area; and a comfortable lounge with access to a covered terrace through French doors.

The first bedroom has a double bed (140cm x 190cm), a shower and vanity unit, ample storage, and a television. Door leading outside.

A second bedroom with a 140cm x 190cm bed, shower, vanity unit, television, and a fixed window.

Separate toilet.
