Coexistence within the space: Our house, despite being in a calm area, has neighbours. We ask you to respect the peace and privacy of our neighbours. Minimise noise, especially during late hours, and treat people with courtesy.

The swimming pool is not supervised and care should be taken when using it. It is expressly forbidden to enter the pool or leave bottles, glasses or any glass objects on the edge.

Organisation: Help keep our space clean after your visit. Collect your rubbish and place it in the bin. Conserve water whenever possible and ensure that lights and electronic devices are switched off when not in use.
