Charming early 20th-century house, located in a quiet area in the heart of the village, close to all shops. Access to the house is via three steps. A large terrace overlooks the enclosed garden, full of flowers and trees (600 m²). Eight bicycles, a ping-pong table, and children's games are available.

Ground floor: living room, dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms (one with two single beds 90x200 cm, the other with a double bed 180x200 cm), shower room, and separate WC.

First floor: three bedrooms, two with dressing rooms (one with two single beds 90x200 cm, the other with three single beds 90x200 cm, the third with a double bed 180x200 cm), shower room, and separate WC.

Included amenities: baby equipment, freezer, radio/CD player, Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV (USB port + foreign channels), DVD player, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, tea towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.). Not included: gas heating (€20/day), electricity, and tourist tax.
