Located 24 km from the Château de Meung-sur-Loire, a must-see stop on the Loire Valley Châteaux Route, this house combines modern comfort with authenticity. A spacious and welcoming interior features a spacious 110 m² living area on the ground floor: a hall with a cloakroom, two separate toilets with washbasins, a cozy living room, a welcoming dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals to share. There's also a bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed and a bathroom with toilet.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: two bedrooms each with a 140x190 cm double bed and one bedroom with two 90x190 cm single beds, and a bathroom with toilet.
