The owners live in a nearby house. They have two Belgian Malinois dogs; you might occasionally hear them barking. Nearby: The Green Way (2km), a 27km cycle path around Craon, ideal for walking, cycling, or running in peace and quiet - Craon Castle (5km), an 18th-century castle with a formal French garden - Robert Tatin Museum (19km), a museum and art sculpture park - La Rincerie with its Wakepark (9km), a leisure center for everyone offering kayaking, archery, windsurfing, etc.

Swimming pool shared with the owners (schedule to be arranged with the owners). 4x10m pool, 1.50m deep. Open from the beginning of May to the end of September. Temperature: minimum 25°C in May, approximately 30-32°C in summer.

SUPPLEMENT: mandatory cleaning for business stays €80 (flat rate for stays of 1 to 14 nights).
