Description of the accommodation

Come spend your vacation as a couple or family in this 18 m² studio cabin with a 7 m² terrace. This property is located on the 3rd floor with elevator in a secure luxury residence, surrounded by a large wooded garden where you will find a secure collective swimming pool with 1 supervisor, 2 pools (access with bracelets and vigik), a pétanque court, a children's play area including ping pong tables, football field, tennis court, etc.
This studio consists of a cabin area with 2 90cm bunk beds, a pocket door allows you to separate this cabin area from the living room where you will find a convertible sofa, a flat screen TV, a storage cupboard etc.) in the corner of this room a fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge freezer, hood, induction hob, coffee maker etc...), a bathroom completely and tastefully redone with a toilet and storage area.
A pretty terrace with a small sea view will allow you to take your meals outside while admiring the sunset in the evening.
Within the residence, you have a path which gives access to the sea and Favière beach.
Linen is not provided but you can rent it on site via our laundry service.
