Description of the accommodation

Gite Bonny-sur-Loire, 4 bedrooms, 8 persons - FR-1-590-261

A typical 1930s house in the village center with all shops within walking distance (bakery, pharmacy, café/bar, supermarket, etc.).
You have a lovely walled garden at the rear with an above-ground pool, summer kitchen, and immediate proximity to the Loire à Vélo cycle path, the banks of the Loire, and the La Cheuille River. You can set off from the house for hiking. Briare and its famous canal bridge are 15 minutes away, and Gien and its earthenware factory are 30 minutes away. You can enjoy many other tourist activities in the surrounding area: Guédelon Castle, Sancerre, Saint Fargeau, etc.
Come stay in our La Cheuille gîte for a family, friends, or business trip! The house is 140m².
On the ground floor, there is a living room with a 4K TV, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a utility room, a separate toilet with a washbasin, and a bathroom with a toilet. On the first floor, four bedrooms each have a double bed (140x190 cm), one of which has an adjoining baby alcove (crib and changing table). A second bathroom with toilet is located upstairs, with a baby bath and toiletry bag available.

A 400m² enclosed garden is available with a summer kitchen (barbecue, wood-fired oven) for socializing, lounge chairs for relaxing, and even an above-ground pool, pétanque and Molkky games that will delight children and adults alike!

Also available: board games, books in various places around the house, and an electronic piano.

Right next to the cottage, there is a pétanque court and a public children's playground, as well as electric vehicle charging stations.

Heating included, sheets provided and beds made upon arrival, towels included.
End-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional €80 or before departure.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Garage entrance is via Chemin de la Cheuille.
Parking is available on the sidewalk in front of the cottage.
