Shared 2000 m² grounds with an unheated indoor swimming pool (4.5 x 9.5 m - open from June 15th to September 15th), pétanque court, volleyball, and table tennis. Nearby walking trails (greenway and forest).

Single floor: living/dining room (with sofa bed) and fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1: double bed 140 x 190 cm, 2: double bed 140 x 190 cm, 3: two single beds 90 x 190 cm), bathroom, and separate WC.
