On the edge of Eure-et-Loir, in the west of Yvelines, 75 m² gîte adjoining the house of the owner, member of the Bird Protection League. The cottage has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated and welcomes you for a peaceful stay in the countryside. Many hiking trails are accessible from this place.
On the ground floor: open kitchen-living room, TV/DVD, Hifi system. Shower room with corner cabin shower and WC. Laundry room at the entrance with dryer
On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160*190 + sofa bed 140*190 as an emergency, with TV/DVD), bathroom with corner shower cabin and WC. On the 2nd floor: 1 attic bedroom (2 single beds 90*190, and an extra heater for a child). Garden adjoining the owner, garden furniture, barbecue, indoor parking. Bikes available. ADSL connection via wifi (fiber). Non-smoking house. Free arrival day.
