Treat yourself to a quiet rest break 1 hour from Paris, to rediscover the little joys of life, moments by the fire with family or friends, in a rural setting, in this cottage renovated with refinement in an old farm from the 17th century, in the heart of the village. The house is ideal for large families and various courses (yoga, etc.) enclosed by walls, very easy to access via the RD2020 and the A10. Large house with sauna - jacuzzi (extra €50/hour for 2 people). Ground floor: entrance, kitchen, dining room with 2 very comfortable living rooms, 1 of which with fireplace, 1 bedroom, bathroom/wc.
Floor access by spiral staircase: 4 bedrooms, 1 shower room/wc, bathroom, separate wc. A large relaxation room with children's area. All rooms are equipped with 90x190 beds separated or pushed together.
Heating and cleaning included.
Sheet rental obligatory for professionals (15€ for double beds and 8€ for single beds).
For professional customers, no more than 5 people and with prior agreement from the owners, to respect the gîte.
Annex games room with ping-pong table, table football, small bar, children's games, small refrigerator and extra freezer.
