Perfect for holidays with family or friends, this peaceful gîte can accommodate up to 11 people. You'll find all the necessary comforts: a large shaded terrace under a pergola, a panoramic terrace overlooking the marsh, and a relaxation area with a jacuzzi and sauna.

Depending on the season, free guided walks are offered on-site to discover the fauna, flora, and workings of this remarkable ecosystem.

Ideally located for exploring the region's treasures, you'll be close to the island of Noirmoutier and its famous Passage du Gois, as well as the seaside resort of Pornic. Between trips to the beaches of Saint-Jean-de-Monts or La Bernerie-en-Retz, you can discover local treasures in the immediate vicinity, such as the Île Chauvet Abbey or the charming little harbors that give the Marais Breton Vendéen its authentic character. This renovated house offers, on the ground floor, a laundry room, a living/dining/kitchen area with a dartboard and a veranda with exceptional views of the marsh (an observation kit is available for observing wildlife). A hallway leads to two bedrooms (each with a queen-size bed), a shower room, a toilet (accessed by one step), and a relaxation area. From this room, you can access a wellness area with a shower, sauna, and four-person spa, as well as a second separate toilet, and a third bedroom (one queen-size bed) and its adjoining room (two single beds). Upstairs, you'll find a final bedroom (one queen bed and one single bed) with an en-suite shower room and toilet.

Outside, you'll have access to an enclosed garden with a partially shaded terrace (garden furniture, deck chairs, gas griddle) as well as a second terrace upstairs, offering further views of the surrounding nature.

To preserve the tranquility of the biodiversity, the natural meadows are not accessible except during guided walks. They are dedicated to providing a haven for wildlife and for the grazing of the cows and sheep that maintain the property.

Heating, end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included.

Reception is handled by a concierge service. Check-in is between 4 pm and 8 pm (arrivals after 8 pm will incur a surcharge), and check-out is between 8 am and 10 am. Early departures are only possible if the cleaning package has been purchased.
