In the heart of the village, a beautiful detached 19th-century house, 500 meters from shops. Ground floor: modern fitted kitchen and dining room. Separate WC. Upstairs: comfortably furnished living room for relaxation. Two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 cm) that can be joined together and a queen-size bed (160 cm). Shower room and WC.

From the kitchen, access to the enclosed courtyard, with the option of dining outside on a shaded terrace overlooking the river. Electric griddle. You will appreciate the very pleasant green setting of the orchard bordering the Ouche River (partially protected). Internet access. Private, gated parking. Pets are not allowed.
