Villa for 12 people with private pool in Blanes, (Costa Brava). House with private swimming pool for up to 12 people, located in a residential area of Blanes, near the beach and with beautiful views to the sea and the castle of Sant Joan. This large house consists of a spacious living-dining room (TV), with exit to the front terrace where you can contemplate the beautiful views of the sea and the castle of Sant Joan. On the same floor is the independent kitchen, fully equipped to make you feel at home (oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.), with access to a small room where you can find the washing machine and the dryer. There are also 3 double bedrooms (1 double bed in each) and 2 bathrooms with shower. On the upper floor there are 3 double bedrooms (2 single beds in each one) and 2 bathrooms with shower. The outdoor area consists of private swimming pool, barbecue and furnished space to enjoy delicious meals outdoors.
