The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. Upstairs, you'll enjoy a large mezzanine bedroom with a 160cm double bed and a 90cm single bed. The bathroom has a sink and a shower, and the toilet is adjacent to the bathroom.

In the cottage's private garden, you'll enjoy the peaceful setting, whether relaxing on the sun loungers or enjoying meals (garden furniture and a barbecue are available).

Located in the Loire Anjou Touraine Regional Natural Park, this cottage is ideally located for visiting castles (the tallest castle in France, the Château de Brissac, is just 10 minutes from the cottage) and for beautiful walks through the vineyards or along the Loire River, whether on foot or by bike.
