Charming Renovated House with Enclosed Garden and Parking

Halfway between Troyes, Chaumont, and Dijon, "Le Repaire de la Chouette" in Bissey-la-Côte is an excellent place to unpack your bags. This house, in the heart of the village, has been completely renovated in a style that blends old-world charm with modern trends. It is located on the Crémant wine route in the Haute Côte-d'Or, a stone's throw from the Champagne vineyards and the Forêts National Park.

On the ground floor, there is a large, modern, and functional fully equipped kitchen. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Ample storage space. A separate toilet.
A few steps lead up to the magnificent, light-filled living room, thanks to its bay window which provides direct access to the fully enclosed terrace/garden (garden furniture and barbecue). There is a dining area and a lounge area with a wood-burning stove (wood provided). Exposed beams and stonework are a highlight.

Upstairs, there is an open mezzanine with a reading nook and a second mezzanine with a flat-screen TV, games, and a sofa. The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms on the first floor, each with two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be joined together and an en-suite shower room. Separate WC. On the second floor, a third bedroom has three single beds (90x200 cm) and a walk-in shower.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Enclosed grounds. Secure parking for two cars. Baby equipment (travel cot, high chair, changing mat). Numerous board games. Crepe maker and raclette grill for entertaining.
