In the residential area of Hautes Rives, overlooking the lake, we offer a beautiful single-story house nestled among pine trees, in a peaceful setting with no direct neighbors. It can accommodate up to 6-8 people, ideal for a week or more with family or friends.
You're just steps from the lake beach, including one with private access from the residence, which is 300 meters from the house – perfect for boat trips or paddleboarding. You're also close to Aqua Park, the largest inflatable water park in Europe, and 6 km from ocean beaches and surf schools. The house includes: an entrance/storage room, a large living room with a TV area (no Wi-Fi, but a set-top box can be rented) and a corner sofa bed (140 x 190 cm) which will be installed for the 2026 season, a fully equipped semi-open kitchen, a shower room, and a bathroom, each with a toilet. Three bedrooms facing the rising sun: one bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) that can be joined to make a double bed, and one bedroom with an electric bed (160 cm x 200 cm). Outside, a large garden offers views of the pine trees, and an east-facing covered terrace with evening lighting and outdoor furniture is perfect for enjoying meals or cocktails. A second terrace faces south. Parking and vehicle charging are available on the property. A sunny holiday awaits!
