Located between the ocean and the lake, it will allow you to perfectly enjoy our region, including surfing lessons or relaxing at the beach. The house features an entrance hall, a large living room (renovated in June 2025) with a sitting area with a television (no Wi-Fi, box available for rental), and a dining area, a renovated separate kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, and more.
As well as four fully renovated bedrooms: three bedrooms with double beds (140 cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). For your comfort, you will have two bathrooms including a washing machine and a separate toilet. (Fully renovated bathrooms)
Outside, you can enjoy a south-facing terrace to relax in the sun or a covered north-facing terrace to enjoy your meals. A barbecue, deckchairs, and an outdoor table are also available. A large garden surrounds the house and provides parking on the property. You can park upon arrival and, if you wish, explore everything on foot or by bike during your stay. This is perfect for enjoying the restaurants right on the beach, our bike paths, and other special places in our region.
