We offer you a beautiful Landes house with large volumes, located on a vast wooded plot a few minutes walk from the ocean and its beaches. Perfect for a stay of a week or more with family or friends to take surf lessons or relax at the beach. You are also 1km from the city center with its restaurants, bars and summer shops. The house has a large living room with TV corner (No WIFI, possibility to rent a box) (the fireplace is unusable) as well as a fully equipped independent kitchen: oven, ceramic hob, large fridge freezer, washing machine. linen and dishwasher… On the ground floor, 2 bedrooms with cupboards and double beds (140cm and 160cm), as well as a bathroom and separate WC for more comfort. Upstairs, an additional bedroom, with a 140cm bed. As well as a dormitory room equipped with 2 single 90cm beds and a convertible sofa. A bathroom with WC. Outside, you will benefit from a covered south-facing terrace which will allow you to enjoy your meals outdoors. Also, you can enjoy a swimming pool that can be used and heated from June to September. A charcoal barbecue is also at your disposal. You can also park your vehicles within the grounds. You park when you arrive and you can, if you wish, do everything on foot or by bike during your stay, perfect for enjoying the restaurants with your feet in the sand, our cycle paths and other special places in our region.
