We offer a beautiful, spacious Landes-style house situated on a large, wooded plot, just a few minutes' walk from the ocean and its beaches. The ideal setting for a week's stay or longer, with family or friends, between surf lessons and relaxing moments in the sun.

You'll also be about 1 km from the town center, with its restaurants, bars, and summer shops.

The house features a large, welcoming living room with a TV area (no Wi-Fi, but a set-top box can be rented – the fireplace is not usable), as well as a brand-new, fully equipped, separate kitchen (new appliances installed in 2026): oven, induction hob, large fridge-freezer, and dishwasher.

On the ground floor, you'll find two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes (one renovated in 2026), furnished with double beds (140 cm and 160 cm), a bathroom, and a separate toilet for added convenience. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a dormitory-style bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) and a sofa bed, both with balconies, and a bathroom with a toilet and washing machine.

Outside, enjoy a pleasant covered terrace facing south, ideal for al fresco dining. A heated swimming pool is available from June to September, as well as a charcoal barbecue. Parking for several vehicles is available on the property.

Once parked, leave the car behind: everything is within walking or cycling distance during your stay. Beachfront restaurants, cycle paths, and iconic regional attractions await you for a holiday filled with sunshine, comfort, and relaxation. End-of-stay cleaning is included.
