This restored farmhouse is located at the entrance to the village, on a 5,000 m² (5,000 sq ft) grassy plot, crossed by two streams. The renovation of the property has allowed the creation of a gîte and three guest rooms. The accommodation is located adjacent to the owners' residence, with independent access and independent use. The entrance is via a balcony overlooking the ground floor of the accommodation, which consists of a kitchen area with living room, shower room and toilet, living room, and a bedroom (one 140 x 190 cm bed).

In the summer, we provide a furnished area with a semi-inground swimming pool, table and chairs, garden furniture, and deckchairs. Near the Morvan National Park and its large lakes, as well as the major cultural sites of the Côte d'Or (Fontenay Abbey, Forges de Buffon, Vezelay, the châteaux of Ancy-le-Franc, Bussy-Rabutin, and Alésia, etc.). Less than 30 minutes from Avallon, 20 minutes from the towns of Montbard and Semur-en-Auxois, and 1 hour from Beaune and Dijon. The property is currently inaccessible to people with reduced mobility, with steps and a small balcony to enter the house. This is a two-story house. However, the ground floor includes a bedroom and a bathroom, but the doors are not up to standard.
